Walk-for-Life- Care Net is celebrating 20 years of community service with their annual Walk for Life on Feb 07th. The Martin County Amateur Radio Association members will assist Care Net with communications and Public Safety during the walk.

Walter Farley, K4QE found murdered

Lakeland Florida Amateur Radio Operator Walter Farley, age 93, was found murdered in his Lakeland home New Year's Eve, 2008. His son Robert Farley has confessed to the crime.
